Assetto Corsa Server Manager is compatible with the Venue Management System V5.0 software. This page explains how to configure the integration between VMS V5.0 and Assetto Corsa Server Manager.
If you have rented a server from emperorservers.com, we can set up this integration for you. We'll need the following information to configure the connection:
- The IP address of your VMS V5.0 instance
- The port that VMS V5.0 is listening for communication from Server Manager on.
Please open a support ticket in the Emperor Servers Control Panel and provide this information.
When we have completed this setup, we will provide an IP address and port for VMS V5.0 to connect to the Server Manager directly. You will need to provide this address and port to VMS V5.0.
If you are self-hosting your copy of Assetto Corsa Server Manager, you can configure the VMS V5.0 integration by following these steps:
- Go to the Server Options page in Server Manager
- Scroll down to the "UDP Plugins" section of the page
- Click "Add UDP Plugin"
- In the new UDP Plugin, set the following details:
- Name: VMS V5.0
- Listen Address:
0.0.0.0:10302
- Please note 10302 is an example port, and you can set this to any free port on the machine that you are running Server Manager on.
- You will need to provide the machine's IP address and port to VMS V5.0.
- If you are running VMS V5.0 and Server Manager on the same machine, you can set this listen address to
127.0.0.1:10302 to prevent external connections.
- Send Address - this should be set to the IP address and port that VMS V5.0 is configured to listen for messages from Server Manager on.
- IP Allow List - if your VMS V5.0 and Server Manager instances are on different networks, you may need to add the IP address of the VMS V5.0 instance here. If the "Listen Address" is public, we recommend configuring this option to prevent unwanted external access.
- Save the Server Options.
- You will need to restart any running events for this change to take effect.
Please note that this integration requires Assetto Corsa Server Manager v2.4.8 or newer.
