This page contains common errors and solutions for the accServer.exe.
When this occurs, you may see an error in the Server Manager logs, for example:

The 0xc0000135 error usually happens when you are missing the Microsoft .NET framework or Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable on your Windows machine.
You should be able to resolve this issue by installing the following libraries from Microsoft:
To test out whether the server works correctly, you should be able to manually run the accServer.exe by double clicking on it in Windows explorer - the error message that appears may give you more insight into the issue as well.
